2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (available in select locations)

2.2 International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days (varies by country)

  • Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $200 USD within the United States.

  • International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including customs duties and taxes.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

  • LISTTOPIS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Order Tracking

  • You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website or by logging into your LISTTOPIS account.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • LISTTOPIS is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain countries may have restrictions on imported goods; please check local regulations before placing an order.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts & Incorrect Addresses

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

  • If an order is undeliverable after multiple attempts, it may be returned to LISTTOPIS. Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed after we receive the package.

9. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please take clear photos and contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
